• Security reports — same address, with "Security" in the subject. If you have found a vulnerability, please tell us before disclosing it publicly and give us a chance to fix it.

Contact your gym directly, not us. Your membership, payments, and personal record are controlled by the gym — they can answer far faster than we can, and they are the ones who can change anything.

Use the Support button inside your dashboard. It opens a ticket attached to your account, so we can see your gym and plan without asking you for details.

• We aim to reply within two business days, and usually much sooner.
• Anything affecting payments or access to your account is treated as urgent.
